A travel fee will be assessed for all mobile podiatric care services. The amount of the fee is determined by the distance between the Foothills Podiatry’s primary location and the Patient’s requested service location. 3. The Patient must provide a safe, sanitary, and private environment suitable for the provision of medical services. Foothills Podiatry reserves the right to refuse service if the location does not meet these standards.
